Fashion Merchandising clicked for me because it’s all about being the behind-the-scenes strategist when it comes to creative decisions. I’ve spent almost two years committed to my role at Francesca’s getting a taste of this. For example, the window displays that makes the passerby stop and come into the store or knowing what’s going to hit next.

So, what’s next? I’m ready to roll up my sleeves and learn from more real-world experiences. I’m looking for an internship where I can grow and learn from my peers.
